MANILA, Philippines - Filipino designer Happy Andrada recently won Miami Beach International Fashion Week’s Emerging Designer of the Year 2012. Besting hundreds of entries from 25 different countries, Andrada took home the prize for her collection. Among her most noted achievements are representing the Philippines in Arts & Fashion Week Toronto, ”Fashion Art Exhibit” in the Netherlands, and the International Fashion Art Biennale in Korea.
