Models, Inc.

The ladies, looking more gorgeous than ever, trooped to the Professional Models Association of the Philippines (PMAP)'s “Mabuhay Modelong Pinoy” photo exhibit wearing dresses created only by Filipino designers. Looking simple yet elegant in their custom-made creations, they walked the room effortlessly. Their preferred handcarry items were small and compact so as not to overpower their already stunning gowns. They also wore simple accessories such as belts and neckpieces. Some donned colorful outfits while others opted for classic black.

Celebrating its 21st year in the Philippine fashion industry, PMAP held this exhibit to launch a social awareness campaign entitled “Mabuhay Modelong Pinoy!” The exhibit, made possible by Samsung, aims to uplift the image of true Philippine beauty in our society. Brought to life through the visionary eye of veteran fashion photographer Raymund Isaac and assisted by up-and-coming photographer Ago Coronado of Portfolio Studio, the exhibit showcased our Philippine heritage and culture, inspired by local folklore, popular images and pop culture under the creative direction and styling of PMAP member Bianca Valerio.
