Pooh and the Psychologists

Pooh and the Psychologists
By John Tyerman Williams
191 pages

Who would have thought Winnie the Pooh, of all cartoon characters, could be equated with psychotherapy, psychoanalysis and all that psychobabble? I actually never did like Pooh’s antics but after reading this book, I nominate Winnie for the Siemund Freud of the Year Award.

Imagine being able to cure Eeyore’s clinical depression and Christopher Robin’s arktophobia! Surprisingly, there is deeper meaning behind cartoons. Who’s next? Johnny Bravo?
