Get ready as ABS-CBN treats viewers to a different kind of youth-oriented show starting this Sunday, April 3.
Yours truly was invited to the press launch of "Good Vibes" in The Lounge in Tomas Morato, Quezon City. The show follows the story of half-brothers played by Sam Concepion and Enrique Gil, indeed two of the hottest and most sought-after young actors of this generation.

“Good Vibes” is not your average youth-oriented afternoon show. Viewers can expect exciting dance numbers in almost every episode. It is sort of a hybrid of "Glee" and "Step Up" but with a more fine and updated Filipino touch.
More than the dance numbers, which is, by the way, the theme of the show, "Good Vibes" will focus on a variety of issues often dealt with by adolescent kids nowadays. Unlike ABS-CBN's youth-oriented shows in the past like “Gimik,” “G-mik,” and “Berks,” “Good Vibes” will be quite upbeat and more entertaining. It will be a wonderful combination of dance and teenage drama; a delicate balance of entertaining the audience and at the same time, educating and inspiring them.
More than entertaining, the challenges to be faced by the show's protagonists, and the subsequent lessons they will soon learn, will surely motivate the audience. Indeed, this new show can boast of an amazing storyline and a stellar cast, which includes veterans actors Yayo Aguila, Maribeth Bichara and Dominic Ochoa.
Completing the cast of “Good Vibes” are Kristel Moreno and Arron Villaflor as well as the newest breed of sought-after young stars today such as Yen Santos, Coleen Garcia, Devon Seron, Linn Oeymo, James Reid, Ivan Dorschner, Kazel Kinouchi, Heidi Riego and Chikara Nawa.
Catch the premiere of “Good Vibes” this Sunday, April 03, after “ASAP Rocks” on ABS-CBN.
