MANILA, Philippines - Shangri-La’s Boracay Resort & Spa introduces new and exciting features to its unconventional destination meetings product called Sunglasses at Work. Clients now have the option to enhance their destination meeting experience by integrating fun island-inspired activities to their MICE programs that are uniquely Boracay.

Add-on activities currently being offered include tie-dying your sarong, dancing to the beat of an Ati, towel origami, sandcastle making, island hairstyling, poi dancing, jazzing -up flip flops and fish house making. Guests may opt to meet in an awe-inspiring venue, such as a Treehouse Villa, with panoramic views of the sea that enable brilliant minds to roam and think out-of-the-box.

 On coffee breaks, the team may go for a quick massage, an arcade game at the Entertainment Center, a round of beach golf or a slew of organized Boracay activities. Nature lovers may engage in activities like coral reef planting and beach clean-ups.

When the meetings adjourn, groups may find further inspiration throughout the lush 12.5-hectare property offering a multitude of leisure activities and scenic backdrops for team building and friendly bonding.
