MANILA, Philippines - • Before a trip, you can bring your luggage to any Rimowa store to have the staff check it before any major problems are encountered during travel.
LOCKS
• When setting your code, turn the digits in one direction only.
• Do not scramble the code or a combination while holding the dial or lock.
• When not in use, keep the code scrambled to avoid accidental resetting.
• If you are unable to unlock, try variations of your code using the first, second and third digits first, then the second digit, for example, if the code is 777, try 778 to 776, 877 to 677, or 787 to 767.
Handle
• Always press the button when pushing down the telescopic handle.
• Always lock the telescopic handle when storing your bag.
• Treat your handle with appropriate care.
• Carry the luggage by using the carrying handle and not the telescopic handle.
After-sales service
• Rimowa provides an international, five-year guarantee on the product you purchase. To claim your guarantee, immediately inform a Rimowa dealer or authorized Rimowa service center of any defect within the guarantee period and hand over or send the product and completed certificate of guarantee or original proof of purchase.
