Bringing a better taste of Korea closer to home

MANILA, Philippines - Committed to treating Filipinos with the best in Korean dining, Chef’s Noodle Philippines recently went on a one-week trip to Korea to be able to bring a better Korean dining experience to their local patrons.

A total of six delegates from the kitchen, marketing and business development, and operations comprised the group, each one tasked to gain useful tips on how they can further improve their respective departments.

Since Chef’s Noodle is a Korean franchise, it is imperative that its local franchisees keep abreast with the parent company’s business and marketing operations.

To help them in their R&D training, Chef’s Noodle’s Master Chef Choi In Sun and Chef’s Noodle Korea’s business development director and supervisors served as mentors to the delegates. Each one lent their expertise on how to create the best dining experience for Chef’s Noodle customers.

Aside from teaching them new dishes which they can add to the current Chef’s Noodle menu, the delegates were also given directives on how to best market not just these dishes but also the brand itself, which is one of the popular restaurant chains in Korea.

The delegates were also given a tour of different Chef’s Noodle branches in Korea for them to be able to see and best understand how they conduct their day-to-day operations.

Excited to share all this new knowledge that its group has gained from the weeklong training abroad, Chef’s Noodle Philippines promises to start offering the new dishes that it has learned this year, ranging from rice meals, noodle dishes to sushi and desserts.

Not only are Korean dishes delicious, the ingredients used and the manner by which these were prepared also make it incredibly healthy. Each dish has been meticulously developed not just to impress diners with its delicious taste and attractive presentation but also how it also best represents the richness of Korean culture.

As Chef’s Noodle Philippines hopes to further expand its operations, it will continue engaging in yearly trainings in Korea while its Korean counterparts will also be visiting the local branches to see how the brand is being represented.

More than just a business, Chef’s Noodle hopes to live up to its vision of bringing diners the best of Korean cuisine with each dish that it serves minus the hefty price tags and without sacrificing taste.

Visit its branches at University Mall (405-0129), Atlanta Center (576-5054), Robinsons Magnolia (656-7033), SM North EDSA The Block (376-5367), and Robinsons Place Malolos (0917-5486187). It will soon open at SM Megamall.
