Feel the exuberant vibe and indulgences of this iconic revelry and dive into an exciting spectacle of colors and flavors with the Mardi Gras Carnival Buffet.
From March 24 to 28, savor scrumptious South American street party staples such as the flavorful Paella Valencia, Frango Ensopado, Coxinhas and the tangy Ceviche.
And of course, any Southern-themed celebration would not be complete without a bite or two of Tortillas and Tamales. So gather up the “krewe†(crew that puts out a carnival parade) and head on over to Richmonde Hotel Ortigas as the Mardi Gras celebration rolls out with a bountiful feast.
