MANILA, Philippines - The High School Batch ’64 of Lourdes College, Cagayan de Oro City marks their golden jubilee with a nostalgic trip down memory lane. Yesterday, they had a “Hali na mo†dance contest at the grade school campus with the theme “See You at the Movies†featuring dances from ’80s movies and the ’64 dance from Back to the Beach starring Annette Funicello and Frankie Avalon. Set for today, Sunday, is the jubilarians’ night at 5 p.m. at the main campus auditorium with the ’64 dance inspired by the “Twist and Shout†album of the Beatles. A highlight of the celebration is the awarding of the outstanding jubilarians. In front row are Annabelle P. Acedera and Salvacion O. Taylor. In middle row are Dinah L. Hembrador, Perla G.
