MANILA, Philippines - The A. Venue Suites and the Antel Spa Suites are now offi cially Best Western hotels. The Antel Hotels, which runs and manages
the two properties, has tied up with Best Western, the world’s largest hotel chain.
The tie-up was announced during a recent celebration that formally launched the A. Venue Suites and the Antel Spa Suites under the banner of the prestigious Best Western brand name being shared by more than 4,000 hotels and 308,692 guest accommodations in 90 countries.
Held at the Via Veneto function room of the now Best Western The A. Venue Suites, the celebration was led by Antel Group of Companies vice president for sales and marketing Felino Lao, Antel Hotels general manager Yvonne Villacorte, and Best Western International human resources and training directress Ketsara Chukhien.
“It is our pleasure to have the A. Venue Suites and Antel Spa Suites as an addition to our Best Western family,” said Chukhien, who was accompanied by Best Western International recruitment and training specialist Sawarut Noppawong Na Ayudhya.
The A. Venue Suites has been operating for more than three years now, and the Antel Spa Suites for almost a year.
“As we constantly strive to provide quality hotel facilities and services to our guests, we are very confi dent that Best Western will be of aid to achieve this mission,” Villacorte said.
The success of the two hotels is attributed to the support of industry partners and suppliers, enabling both to emerge as among the preferred accommodation facilities in Makati City.
“It is through your continuous support that keeps the Antel Group of Companies successful,” Lao said in his welcome remarks to members of the various sectors of the tourism and hospitality industry and the corporate community.
A third hotel, the Serenity Suites, will be opened in 2012, Villacorte said.
