MANILA, Philippines - One of the exciting highlights of the first Miss World Philippines 2011 Pageant Night on Sept. 18 at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) will be the announcement of MWP’s Vote and Text Campaign winner where a lucky text sender whose name will be electronically drawn on Sept. 17 will win an SMDC condo unit.
Voters must log on to the MWP website (www.missworldphilippines.com) to choose their favorite among the 25 lovely candidates. The candidate who garners the most number of votes will automatically become one of the 12 finalists on pageant night.
To vote, text MWP <space> Candidate Number/Name, Address and send to 367 for Smart and Talk N Text or send to 2344 for Globe, TM and Sun. It costs P2.50 per vote for Smart, Talk N Text, Globe and TM subscribers, and P2 per vote for Sun subscribers. Unlimited text voting is welcome.
The grand prize for the Text-Vote-Win promo is a SMDC condominium unit. Other major prizes are two round-trip tickets to Paris via Etihad.
Miss World Philippines is presented by CQ Global Quest Inc. and SM Development Corp., together with GMA Network Inc., Banco de Oro, Petron, Smart Communications, AMA University, Philippine Airlines, BMW, Midas Hotel, Manila Hotel, Air Gurus, and the City of Puerto Princesa, with SM Supermalls as official search partners.
The grand coronation night will be broadcast by GMA-7 as the official TV network.
