She also credits location as an integral factor to their success story. “We are in front of the Greenhills Shopping Center. That makes it very convenient to our guests. They have no problem looking for dining, shopping or entertainment places. They have everything here, whether they remain within the hotel premises or step outside.”
“The comment we always get is that everything is here, and we agree. Guests may underestimate the hotel from what they see outside. Once they step inside, the hotel’s grandeur will exceed their expectations. It is a very pleasant surprise for them,” the general manager says.
“We even make sure that our guests’ security is never compromised as we properly monitor every area for 24 hours, thanks to our hotel CCTV camera,” she adds. Among the building features are its earthquake-resistant, reinforced concrete structure, and fire protection and safety systems.
