An auction for action

MANILA, Philippines - Bidding for UNICEF’s unique online auction billed as “Auction for Action” ends tomorrow at 4 p.m.

“Auction for Action” brings together the works of reputable artists in art, design, furniture, fashion, jewelry and photography, along with exciting experiential packages. And during the recent launch at the Greenbelt 5 Gallery, famous artists, celebrity friends, and art lovers gathered to show their support.

UNICEF country representative Vanessa Tobin led the UNICEF Philippines team in welcoming guests to the fundraising affair. UNICEF Philippines hopes to raise at least one million pesos to benefit children’s programs in the Philippines and worldwide.

Artists and designers who donated their works and graced the event were Ramon Orlina, Janina Dizon Hoschka, Paul Syjuco, Kristine Dee, Ling Quisumbing Ramilo, Reg Yuson, Ito Kish, E. Billy Mondoñedo, and Victor Sollorano.
