Club Bulakeño enters the virtual arena with the inductions of its current set of officers for the years 2021-2023 via Zoom.
Despite the threat of the pandemic, Club Bulakeño will continue to support the province of Bulacan through financial assistance to deserving students of Bulacan State University, as well as aid to the needy and underserved from the different parts of Bulacan.
Leading the new and dynamic set of officers are presidents Baby Tan and Peter Paul Bautista, two well-known leaders in various socio-civic organizations in the country. Guest speaker, former Deputy House Speaker and current Meycauayan, Bulacan mayor Linabelle Ruth Villarica led the swearing-in of the new set of officers.
Immediately after the induction, past president, adviser, and publisher Milo Bondoc, together with lawyer Jimmy Buhain, formally launched the club’s next project, a coffee table book entitled Bulacan: Makasaysayang Lalawigan at Club Bulakeño: Samahang Bayanihan, a stunning, 300-page hardbound book that will provide a historical preview of the province of Bulacan, as well as a history of Club Bulakeño and its various projects. The book, which will be published in the first week of November, will also feature leading personalities of the province and nearby regions.
