MANILA, Philippines - The pulsing vibe of Makati City is about to intensify with the nearing completion of One Lilac Place at the Oriental Garden Makati.

One Lilac Place offers one up to three-bedroom units within its 34-story structure. Its own line-up of first-rate amenities complements and augments the existing facilities of the other two towers of Oriental Garden Makati. It has an indoor pool, day care center, game room, function hall and its own gym.
Meanwhile, Lotus and Orchid Towers boast of its own outdoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi, kiddie pool, club house with al fresco veranda lounge, landscaped deck garden, children’s play area, and fitness center.
The complex is situated right at the bustling area of Makati, a stone’s throw away from its central business district. It is also at close proximity of important establishments and destinations such as schools, hospitals, churches, major commercial and shopping centers, dining destinations, and other places of interest.
