MANILA, Philippines - Leave it to the charismatic Minerva Tanseco to get all her closest friends and affiliates from three esteemed organizations of which she is a part of — the Inner Wheel Club of Manila (IWCM), the Catholic Women’s Club (CWC) and the Friends of the Cultural Concerns of the Philippines (FCCP) to form “Ladies Who Lunch.†The friendly group enjoyed a gourmet lunch at the internationally known Thai restaurant, Mango Tree.
