Swiss precision meets Japanese design

MANILA, Philippines - Victorinox Tomo was recently launched by Grimalkin Corporation, the exclusive and official distributor of Victorinox Swiss Army knives in the country.

Tomo means “friend” in Japan and Victorinox Tomo is indeed the perfect companion for all fans of the Swiss-made pocketknife. It combines the best of the East and West by marrying Japanese design with Swiss precision and quality. Victorinox Tomo gives the characteristics shape of the pocketknife a completely new look, without doing away with any of its tried and tested functions.

“Despite its makeover, Victorinox Tomo still carries the tried and tested functions which are hallmarks of the company’s line of Swiss Knife products,” explained Grimalkin Corp. marketing manager Jen Liza. It has blade, nail file, nail cleaner, scissors and key ring, which are nifty tools for simple, everyday tasks.

Another remarkable feature of Victorinox Tomo is its environment-friendly packaging. It is made of 100 percent recycled and reusable pulp, which conveys exceptional far-sightedness and responsibility — a perfect complement to Victorinox’s ecological philosophy.

Liza add, “Its trendy packaging will certainly appeal to the younger generation as well as to long-time Victorinox Swiss Knife fans who appreciate aesthetics.”

Victorinox Tomo is available in spring shades of mint green, pink, white, apple green, lemon yellow, Capri blue and Victorinox red.
