Gorgeous yet genteel homes

It was over a lovely Sunday brunch when Vista Land and Lifescapes held the grand launching of the sprawling Sta. Elena City in bustling Santa Rosa, Laguna. Once a part of the estate of the Quiros family, the expansive 260-hectare property is fast rising as the next exclusive residential address south of Manila — thanks to Vista Land & Lifescapes, the country’s first and premier developer of themed residential communities. Seen at the ground-breaking ceremonies held at the Peachtree Clubhouse of Georgia Club were Senator Manny Villar, Vista Land and Lifescapes, Inc. president and chief executive officer Jing Serrano, Brittany Corporation chief operating officer Camille Villar, and the Quiros family represented by Tina, Bebo, Ito, Javier, Pilar, Susan and Mia Quiros-Caniza. The locality’s innate charm, a thriving woodland, and the proximity to three superb golf courses (Sta. Elena Golf Club, the Country Club and the Canlubang Golf and Country Club — all just minutes away) contribute to the allure of the six uniquely themed enclaves. The prestigious University of Santo Tomas is also set to branch out (from España, its home for 400 years) soon in Santa Rosa, complementing the already established Acacia Waldorf School — just perfect for growing a family.

A fab bash in the Big Apple

To celebrate her birthday, the charming Cecille Reynoso recently had a fabulous bash at the famed Pig Heaven restaurant in New York. Family and close friends took time out of their busy schedules to personally greet and wish the celebrator happiness, good health, and fruitful years ahead.

The special celebration also had everyone enjoying the great company, good times and of course, the restaurant’s distinct specialty — its world-famous ribs.

Happy Birthday Cecille!
