DMCI Homes' Amaranth set to finish ahead of schedule

MANILA, Philippines - With more than 50 years of experience when it comes to property development, DMCI Homes once more puts its reputation on the limelight as it presents yet another project that’s currently being constructed way ahead of schedule.

Known as Amaranth, this mid-rise building is the first structure in the 10-building Cedar Crest community in Taguig.  Amaranth is a well-known tea flavor that’s good for the health.

Amaranth, along with other Cedar Crest buildings, which also takes its name from other well-known tea infusions, adds up to a residential haven conducive to family bonding and relaxation.

The first building is set to finish months earlier than initially scheduled, and will be turned over by May 2011. Amaranth was launched in September 2009, and was already 65 percent sold out in the first three months alone. The building is 80- percent complete, and is already showcasing the new development’s Neo-Asian minimalist theme when it comes to design and structure.

The building will be composed of two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes, with 60-sq.m. and 88-sq.m. in gross floor area sizes, respectively. Each unit will have its own balcony showcasing an impressive vista of nearby business districts.

The units will also showcase the project’s design perspective: A minimalist concept that presents essential spaces as landscapes with various style potentials. The space allows newlyweds or start-up families to create their own spaces.

Featuring DMCI Homes’ signature building design — the single-loaded corridor and central garden atriums —the project takes away the cluttered and claustrophobic image associated with most condo developments. DMCI Homes has stayed true to its commitment of assuring every homeowner’s health and well-being by bringing in better air circulation and lighting to common areas and individual units.

Amaranth will also have its themed receiving area at the upper ground floor, covered parking at lower ground floor, service area at roof deck with provisions for individually metered water and electricity, fire alarm and fire hose cabinets along corridors, and elevators plus fire exits in all buildings.

Cedar Crest is near major roads like C5, which can easily bring individuals to key parts of Metro Manila. It is also near exclusive schools, modern hospitals, and malls, etc.

DMCI Homes is the country’s premier triple A builder-developer that brings serviced, themed communities within reach of urban families who once had limited residential options, but still aspire to achieve a comfortable, enriching quality of life proximate to their place of interest.
