The Fifth at Rafael features a simple play of surfaces on the façade to give the building a distinguished and elegant look. The main feature of the units is the sitting window, generous and panoramic, to provide a special area attuned to the sense of home that everyone needs. The sitting windows are framed by sunshades. Connecting line surface elements join the vertical relationships between the windows, emphasizing a downward trickling fluidity from the top to lower units. This illusion gives the building angled folds on the side.
