Century Properties undertakes efficiency project

The Pacific Star Building, a 20-year-old, 600,000-sq.ft. office building and a landmark in the Makati central business district, will be the first among over 40 buildings across the Philippines under the management of Century Properties Management Inc. (CPMI) to undergo its Energy Efficiency Building Retrofit Program, undertaken with Trane Philippines with the assistance of the Clinton Climate Initiative (CCI), a division of The William J. Clinton Foundation.
