MANILA, Philippines – Ayala Museum and Greenbelt invite the public to experience a variety of art activities for children, adults, and families from May to July.
The Greenbelt Summer Art Festival offers free art workshops for both children and adults. Artist-facilitators include Manikako for doll-making (May 9), WeWillDoodle for endless drawing (May 16), and Anino Shadowplay Collective for puppet-making (May 23).
The workshops will be held every Saturday at 3 p.m., at the third level of Greenbelt 5 (in front of Timezone). Admission is free. Materials will be provided. Pre-registration is required as slots are limited.
Make your visits to the Ayala Museum more memorable. I AM (Ayala Museum) Art will allow the whole family to bond over art making. Children and family members will be taught to make kites, paper baskets and lanterns, stained glass, and eggshell mosaics, among others. There will also be sessions on storytelling and printmaking.
I AM Art will be held on May 23 and 30, June 6, 13, 20, and 27, and July 4, 11, 18, and 25 at 3 p.m. Sessions are free with museum admission. Materials will be provided.
