Hearty dishes at Gumbo
Gumbo, a New Orleans restaurant, offers four new hearty dishes from Feb. 9 to 22.
To dine for are the USDA-grade braised beef short ribs served with Cajun rice or mashed potatoes; the chicken marsala with spaghettini pasta in marsala sauce; poached seabass with mashed potatoes and mixed veggies; and the French-cut lamb chops, which are grilled to perfection.
As a V-Day treat, lady diners will receive red roses.
