Simply French

Dubbed “Simply French,” the birthday bash of alluring Tita Trillo held recently at her restaurant and wine depot La Vigne was an extravaganza of great wines from France that truly captivated everyone’s heart. Friends and partners in the hotel and restaurant and supermarket industries who came with envelopes bearing personal checks and cash for the Orphans of Mother Teresa in Tondo instead of luxurious gifts were treated to a wine dinner meticulously planned by Tita’s Cordon Bleu chef daughter Roselyn Trillo. The surprise was the pairing of the Cuvee Jerome, a perfect blend by Tita Trillo and Pierre Clerget from Castel, the largest wine producer in France. What a marvelous birthday party indeed. May you have many more birthdays to come, Tita!

A Christmas get-together

It was an evening of gaiety as the Inner Wheel of Manila held its annual Christmas celebration at the posh residence of Minerva Tanseco. A cherished tradition, the intimate Christmas gathering was the perfect way to start off the holidays with great friends who are practically family.
