MANILA, Philippines - Rest and relaxation often come with a price. Sometimes it costs a full-sized hole in your wallet from a day at the spa. Other times, it gives you even more stress from health products that fall short of your expectations.
Schick aims to give a truly liberating and stress-free self-care experience with its “Free your skin” campaign. Promoting an effortless skincare for both men and women, Schick razors go beyond the usual grooming chore of hair removal and give quality skincare through innovative products.
With irritation-free razors and add-on skincare features like the aloe vera strip for women, you will feel relaxed and recharged for another day at the office.
As part of its campaign, Schick ties up with other Energizer Personal Care brands like Banana Boat and Wet Ones for fun runs that have been held during the past two months. While the runs have different purposes, they still aim to promote a healthy lifestyle for Filipinos.
“Participants of the fun runs have benefited in one and the same way — keeping them in tiptop shape by engaging Filipinos in outdoor activities such as these,” says Energizer personal care brand manager Johanna Emata.
The fun runs included the Globe-Ayala Run for Home, National Geographic Earth Day Run, and Takbo Para Sa PGH. In all of these, the brands’ campaigns focused on giving its users the confidence to lead an active outdoor lifestyle.
Schick has distributed thousands of free razors in line with its campaign. Its major co-sponsor, Banana Boat, tested out its sunscreen lotion for the “Now. Later. Longer.” campaign that assures total skin protection. The AvoTriplex technology provides unbeatable protection against UVA and UVB rays for users to enjoy more time outdoors.
“We aim to satisfy our consumers and their needs better through product innovation,” notes Emata. “We want them to experience taking care of themselves without feeling that it’s a chore, developing products that offer pleasurable and effortless skincare experience.”
