MANILA, Philippines - A 17-year-old Filipino just proved that your intergalactic dreams can come true.

Angelo Casimiro, a student of De La Salle University brought to reality everyone's favorite android from "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" BB-8.

In a video uploaded by TechBuilder, the engineering whiz is seen demonstrating how you can build one simply by using some tools from the hardware and some household materials. All in all, everything you need is worth just $120, less expensive than the "Sphero" toy which cost $150 to $210.

The droid, which can talk very well can be controlled using a smartphone is also connected to some boards that control a set of wheels inside the body to allow it to move around.
