After establishing its first branch at SM Aura just a few months back, this beloved authentic French bakery is set to make good mornings even better with its new line of breakfast dishes. These new menu additions promise to make waking up less of a chore and more of a quest for the best breakfast this side of town.
Along with its freshest breads, which are perfect for breakfast, Paul has added four amazing dishes to delight and awaken the senses of any sleepyhead.
First up is the Tartine Boeuf Tapa, freshly baked country bread topped with marinated beef strip loin with fried egg, Provencal tomato, and side salad — a very French take on the Pinoy favorite.
And what could be more fancy for breakfast than some Eggs Benedict on Brioche? Well-cooked poached eggs with farmer’s ham are placed on a brioche bun and drizzled with a special Hollandaise sauce, with a serving of side salad and sautéed asparagus to balance the richness of the meal.

For light eaters, Paul also offers its version of French toast, using their special brioche bread. You can munch on cinnamon-flavored French toast served with bacon strips, and a choice of scrambled or sunny-side up egg.
Finally, those who love heavy breakfasts can indulge in the Paul Breakfast Complete set: Bacon strips, farmer’s ham, fried egg, baked potato, slices of freshly baked pan de mie six-cereal bread, and a choice of scrambled or sunny-side up egg.
