What’s on the Menu? Laksa, bagoong rice and chicken satay at Ninak Asian Cuisine

MANILA, Philippines - Ninak offers dishes from Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.  Ninak’s menu options are bagoong rice — shrimp-paste fried rice served with shallots, green beans, sautéed sweet pork, chili, and wedges of lime, topped with scrambled egg strips, and the Chilean green curry mussels. There’s also the chicken satay, tender chicken skewers served with your choice of dip (cucumber relish or spicy peanut sauce), and the red pork curry, pork slowly simmered in Thai red curry and coconut milk, with young corn, carrot, and eggplant. Not to be missed is Ninak’s version of the popular laksa. Topped with fresh greens, this serving of noodles, tofu, prawns, and eggs cooked in a rich, creamy coconut broth boasts an authentic spiciness, staying true to the real flavors of the dish.

Ninak Asian Cuisine is at Unit 101 Seven East Capitol Building, East Capitol Dr. cor. Sta. Rosa St., Kapitolyo, Pasig City.
