Impressions gets nod from premier fine-dining guide

MANILA, Philippines - French-themed restaurant Impressions at Resorts World Manila recently got the nod from the 2012 -2013 edition of Miele Guide as one of the best fine-dining spots in 18 Asian countries.

Selected by Asia’s top culinary critics, Impression boasts a cozy and enthralling motif harmonized by an extensive wine library and open cooking stations that make for a conducive setting for dates and special occasions.

World-class cuisine prepared by renowned celebrity chef Cyrille Soenen, and delectable patisserie from a multi-awarded pastry team including chef Michael Aspiras, who recently bagged the Gold Medal in the International Food Fair Korea this month, achieved the nod as one of the best in Asia.

Opened in August of 2011, culinary pillar and Resorts World Manila VP for Kitchen Management, chef Hubertus Cramer, together with chef Soenen, envisioned Impressions to be the first Michelin-star restaurant in the country. Miele Guide’s recognition appends yet another achievement to its flourishing reputation.

The Miele Guide is an annual publication focusing on Asia’s most celebrated chefs and restaurants, and evaluates the Top 20 restaurants in the region. Nominations are underway for Miele Guide’s Top 20 and fine-dining enthusiasts are encouraged to vote for their favorites via the Miele Guide website.

Impressions is at the third floor, Maxims Hotel, Resorts World Manila, Newport City, Pasay.
