Savory Asian dishes at Wild Ginger
Wild Ginger offers a wide selection of savory Asian dishes. Hot items include the banana bud, chicken and crisp anchovy salad made of sliced tender banana buds, carrots, coriander, sesame seeds, peanuts and crispy anchovies; wild mushroom Bicol Express, a stew made from long chilies and pork with coconut milk, shrimp paste, onion, and garlic with a variety of mushrooms; grilled beef with tamarind chili sauce with beef tenderloin strips marinated then grilled over a hot grill and drizzled with tamarind chili sauce; seared tuna steak with Thai aromatic tomato relish; tuna steak made with a Thai red sauce; and the satay platter, an assortment of marinated, skewered and grilled chicken, shrimp, pork and tofu, served with peanut sauce.
