Pots and pans for every dish

MANILA, Philippines - LJS Corporation, the local distributor of quality yet affordable cookware, recently launched the Chef’s Classics of its Sampaguita Series. The Sampaguita Series line is made to handle diverse and distinct cooking methods. The line consists of pots and pans in basic shapes and come in various sizes.

There is the Chinese wok, which is available in sizes 28, 32 and 36 centimeters. It comes with a crystal glass cover. The skillet pan is available in sizes 20, 24, 26 and 30 centimeters and is generally used for frying chicken, bacon, egg and other types of meats. The saucepan is ideal for simmering and boiling food. It is available in 18 centimeter size and has a long handle and has a crystal glass lid. The griddle pan is available in sizes 24 and 28 centimeters. It is ideal for frying and grilling meats and vegetables. The casserole pan is available in sizes 20 and 24 centimeters and comes with a crystal glass cover and has ear-type handles. The pot (or cauldron) is available in 24 centimeters, comes with a crystal glass cover and has ear-type handles. The pot or Dutch Oven is usually thicker and heavier.   

The interior part of the Sampaguita series cookware is coated with non-stick Teflon while the outside is made of silicone. The bottom is etched to ensure adherence to surfaces like kitchen countertops and stoves. The material of their handles are non-heating Bakelite.
