Peking Garden opens at Greenbelt 5

MANILA, Philippines - Greenbelt 5 welcomes fine dining Chinese restaurant Peking Garden. Synonymous with its famed Peking duck, this Hong Kong-affiliated restaurant opens its doors in time for the holidays.

Peking Garden Hong Kong made sure that its two seasoned chefs are flown in to Manila and deliver the same cooking skills that made the restaurant a by-word in true Chinese culinary experience through the years.

For delightful holiday dining, Peking Garden offers two special set menus. Set A (good for 12 persons at P9,800+) has four kinds of appetizer, seafood with spinach soup, one whole Peking duck, hot prawns salad with fruit cocktails, steamed fish fillet with minced garlic, minced duck with corn bits in XO sauce, deep-fried peppercorn crabs, Peking Garden fried rice with mashed bean pancakes and chilled mango shake with sago for dessert.

Set B (good for 12 persons at P14,800+) lets you indulge in the richness of northern Chinese dishes with four kinds of appetizer, shark’s fin with fish lips and golden mushroom soup, Peking duck, baked prawns with seafood stuffing, steamed lapu-lapu–Beijing style, braised sea whelk and black mushrooms with oyster sauce, deep-fried peppercorn crabs, and braised e-fu noodles with seafood. For dessert, there’s mashed date pancakes & chilled almond jelly with fruit cocktails.

Peking Garden throws in a complimentary bottle of wine for every order of any of the two set menus.
