Super Bowl of China serves yet another set of new delicious treats this month.
The crispy Mandarin chicken is made of boneless chicken fillets fried to a golden brown, drenched in a mildly spiced Chinese sauce, and served with Taiwan petchay on the side.
The lechon Macau (deep-fried crispy pork belly cutlets seasoned with select Chinese spices) is served with hoisin sauce on the side. The seafood chopsuey is a mixture of assorted garden fresh vegetables with black and mixed mushrooms sautéed with fish fillet and shrimp. Try the sao sa pao, which is fried siopao dough with black bean cream filling.

Thai Patio will open on Dec. 11 at Greenbelt 5, Makati City.
