Heat three tablespoons of butter and stir-fry a clove of minced garlic, a teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of fresh thyme, and 1/8 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper. Add the cognac and port mixture to the pan. Fold in the raspberries and cook for several minutes.
