Clarks mixes style with comfort for the modern nomad

Clarks’ newest collection boasts styles that can see women through from day to night and city to country, available at Clarks stores.

MANILA, Philippines - Clarks’ newest collection boasts styles that can see women through from day to night and city to country.

Embracing the lifestyle of modern nomads, this season finds women constantly on the move, and at the same time with a burgeoning need to disconnect. This versatility is felt throughout the collection as it plays on trends of urban exploration, seaside escapes, global tribal patterns and Eastern influences through to hot, stylish, simple summer sandals. Featuring the slim, fashion-forward silhouettes that Clarks became known for in SS13, these are now updated with strong color blocking and a playful sense of embellishment.

Airports & Commuters

Embracing clean, minimal lines, the first trend focuses on a soft and feminine reinterpretation of designs, producing wearable, effortless styles. Last season’s tailoring is given a less formal angle to deliver cool grays and on-trend nudes, brought to life with color pops and textures. Taking inspiration from the Clarks archive, designs such as brogues and loafers are given a modern twist.

Jungles & Deserts

Taking inspiration from all corners of the world, this collection references North Africa and North America, combining jungle tones of khaki and lime with vibrant lilacs and tribal and mirrored ethnic prints. Drawing on trends from the street and catwalk, detailing is shown through laser-cut styles, color blocking, weaves, jewelry and trims. Summer boots, clogs and saw-toothed soles ensure every woman is prepared for a great escape.
