Kashieca's latest fashion forecast

MANILA, Philippines -  Kashieca’s latest fashion collection is all about youthful energy, excitement, and movement. Inspired by the dynamic studio editorials of photographers like David Sims, action shots show the true spirit of today’s fashion. Capturing the perfect shot where everything comes together — the right look, perfect hair, and mid-motion pose — was the task of photographer Ronnie Salvacion. From energetic strides to playful hops and leaps, the goal was to show Kashieca endorser Bea Alonzo looking stunning in motion dressed in Kashieca’s timeless pieces.

While recent fashion campaigns, both on the international and local fronts, have taken a more “produced,” “lifestyle” stand with location shoots and elaborate sets, for this collection of basics, fashion stylist L.A. Consing Lopez mixed and matched the versatile pieces in the collection — from knits and chiffon tops to skirts and full-leg pants — to achieve looks that are at once classic, chic, and sartorially relatable.

The look for this collection played on modern nostalgia. The makeup and hair, artfully executed by veteran artist Cristine Duque and hairstylist Bren Sales, took inspiration from the beauty of the ’60s to early ’70s. Meant to complement Bea’s classic features while bringing out her natural soft femininity, the idea of movement and action extended also to Bea’s hair. Throughout the shoot her hair was tossed and flipped, whether through swift head turns, skips or playful jumps.

While fashion fluctuates and trends come and go, the key to true style is building a timeless wardrobe that transcends seasons. It’s all about finding pieces that match your personality and picking clothes that let your own style shine. The collection still plays with nostalgia, featuring pieces you can imagine a young Jane Fonda or Jane Birkin wearing. Classic, feminine cuts mixed with tailored pieces usher in a modern and pretty vintage look that is all Kashieca.
