Parisian sole mates

MANILA, Philippines - They’re made in the Philippines. But they have that Parisian flair. Best of all, they cost only from P900 to P1,800 at SM.

After many years as one of SM’s most popular in-house brands, the Parisian Shoe Collection recently made its runway debut at Philippine Fashion Week’s opening night.

The latest Parisian shoe trends for ladies and teens were showcased in an exhibit and in the third segment of SM Department Store’s gala show, marking the first time that a shoe brand was highlighted in a special way at Philippine Fashion Week.

“Parisian has been a fashion-forward brand known for its quality, comfort, and value for money for many years,” says SM assistant vice president Eugene Saw. “SM’s partnership with Philippine Fashion Week has inspired us to bring the brand to a new level by featuring more fashionable and trendy shoes.”

The Parisian segment featured three major trends that will be available in selected SM Department Stores: booties, skin, and studs.

• Booties bring footwear fashion to new heights with high heels and rich colors like gray, mocha, plum, chocolate brown, and royal blue. Cool in cutout or lace-up designs or sexy in peep-toe and strappy expressions, Parisian’s booties are made for walking in great style.

• The skin collection explores fashion’s wild side as exotic snakeskin adds a bold new horizon to the line. Merging gladiator and platform trends with intricate and eye-catching details, the collection will make you stand out in any crowd.

• Studs are all about hardware details that add the wow factor to any pair of shoes. Parisian’s Studs collection will give you a haute punk rocker edge as you step forward in booties, gladiator sandals, and strappy style shoes embellished with studs and grommets.

The Parisian collection showcased in Philippine Fashion Week will be available at SM Department Stores in Makati, Cubao, North EDSA, Fairview, Megamall, and the SM Mall of Asia, as well as branches in Las Piñas, Bacolod, Cebu, and Davao.
