MANILA, Philippines - A grand Filipino Food Festival was held recently at Diamond Hotel’s premier dining destination Corniche. This year’s highlight is Culinaria Capampangan as prepared by renowned celebrity Chef Sau Del Rosario of Villa Cafe.
Friends from the media, food experts and enthusiasts were gathered in this flavorful event. Topping off the Capampangan feast was the culinary demo made by the guardian of Capampangan Kitchen, Atching Lillian Borromeo, as she shared with the guests the traditional way of making San Nicolas and Dulce Prenda cookies.
