MANILA, Philippines - Celebrating its 10th anniversary in December, the Southern Musician music school continues to play a significant role in child development with music-training programs. Southern Musician was founded by Roy Secillano (UST Conservatory of Music) and Joseph Calisterio (UP Conservatory of Music).
