MANILA, Philippines - Mckinley Hill presents “Coffee Culture Fest,” a celebration of coffee, books and art.

Every Friday to Sunday of July, coffee-lovers get 50 percent off on various coffee products or a free refill with every purchase from B&T Mexican Kitchen, Agave Mexican Cantina, Trattoria Poggio Antico, Littla Asia, Milky Way, The Burgery, Black Canyon, Sauceria, Binalot, and Terry’s Selection. A series of events will also be held at the Venice Piazza Atrium.

From July 14 to 20, guests can indulge in great reads and coffee concoctions at the “Coffee+Book Fair” with Books for Less. They can also discover art made from coffee grounds by artist Vincent Navarro at the “Coffee+Art Exhibit.”

A fine arts graduate of UP Baguio, Navarro uses coffee as an art medium and whose thesis, “Art in Coffee,” featured portraits of 10 local coffee farmers from Benguet.

On July 20, guests have the chance to make their own artworks at a free workshop called “Coffee+Art Affair” from 12 noon to 5 p.m. to be conducted by Navarro and My Little Art Place.  And from July 21 to 27, guests can sample organic coffees, coffee-flavored desserts, and coffeemakers at the Coffee Bazaar.
