MANILA, Philippines - Leo D’V Art Learning Center is now accepting students for its annual summer art camp. The art camp provides creative fun and education for children six years old and up. Campers are exposed to different media and taught techniques to make fine art projects.
The center offers eight fun weeks of art camps. Each week has a different theme. Campers are taught to draw, make fine arts projects, do a 16X20†painting, and learn a little art history. The first art camp is set from March 31-April 4.
The last art camp is from May 19-23. Classes for campers six to 12 years old will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Teen campers’ classes will be held every
Tuesday and Thursday. There are morning and afternoon classes every day.
The center will celebrate the end of the art camp on May 31 with a student art show and exhibit for students’ family, and friends to showcase the artwork the students have created.
