Their romance lasted a decade. They crossed paths, took separate routes before crossing paths again; this time, they got engaged. Family and friends had one rejoinder: Finally! Lenlen Recto Lopez and Tony Morris made it official at the Immaculate Conception Cathedral in Quezon City but the wedding reception was held at the Four Seasons Hotel in romantic Bali, Indonesia.
The mothers of the bride and groom, Sonia Recto-Lopez and Laine Nichols, were more than happy to see their children tie the knot. Fireworks lit the sky as guests toasted to the newlyweds.
How to describe the nuptials? Like a lovely tune, especially when Tony took Lenlen into his arms for their first dance as husband and wife.
May affection never leave your bond.
A rite of friendship
Realtor and contractor Fritz Server hosted a luncheon for Cita Hernandez-Mack and her husband Peter at his sprawling and well-decorated mansion in Ayala Alabang Village.
Cita, a former Philippine cultural attaché, now resides in Bonn, Germany with her husband who is a German businessman. Cita was a very close friend of Fritz’s late wife, Chiqui Barretto-Server, who always tendered a sumptuous luncheon for her best friend whenever she visited the Philippines. This yearly tradition has been continued by Fritz in honor of his wife.
