Multi-talented, 5-ft.-7-in. Claude, the eldest daughter of financial advisers Rene and Aisa (ne´é Ebbah), is up to the beat be it singing, dancing and modeling. Claude explains, "God gave me a lot of talents so I show them off and share them with others." Whatever it is that Claude is busy with, she gives her hundred percent to it.
"In high school, I was known to be that girl whos into music," Claude recalls. When she entered Ateneo in 2004, she joined the prestigious Blue Babble Batallion, the university cheerdancing squad. "Dancing, in a way, is a great stress reliever," she shares.
Cheerleading practice starts after class hours and ends late in the evening. But Claude does not complain. "Its one of those things that I really love. I put so much energy into it that sometimes I never feel tired for I am enjoying myself." As for cheerleading, she believes that this activity pushes one to ones extremes. "Once when I was punished, I had to do the whole routine including the back walk stunt," Claude remembers. "I didnt know how to do it. But because I was very afraid, I was able to do it."
Last summer, Claude joined the world of bright lights. She has graced photo shoots of leading teen magazines and did print ads for some clothing lines. Offered a lot of modeling stints in the past, she only grabbed the opportunity when her supportive parents gave their nod. Claude shares, "So far, Im enjoying modeling because its quite different from what I did in the past."
In the mean time, modeling has to take a backseat to all these interests for Claude needs to concentrate on academics. With a minor in French study, Claude surely is pursuing her dreams of being in the UN council.
