On March 19, the eve of my 80th birthday, The Philippines Yearbook, founded by my father, publisher and editor-in-chief of The Fookien Times, Dr. Jimmy Go Puan Seng, and my mother, Felisa Velasco Go, celebrated its 90th year.
With the help of my son, who serves as president and publisher, I am carrying on this family legacy, as it remains the only chronicler of Philippine progress.
This year’s edition centers on “Tatak Pinoy” — the brands that helped build a nation.
