A shallow low pressure area was estimated at 290 kms east of Northern Min­danao. The tail-end of a cold front affects extreme Northern Luzon.

Extreme Northern Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao will be mostly cloudy with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.

The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain­showers or thunderstorms.

Coastal waters in Northern Luzon will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, seas will be slight to moderate.
