MANILA, Philippines (Updated 5:48 a.m., November 1) — "Rolly" has strengthened from a typhoon into a super typhoon on Sunday early morning, state bureau PAGASA said.
Super typhoon “Rolly,” the strongest storm on earth so far in 2020, made its first landfall over Bato Catanduanes at 4:50 a.m. Sunday.
