MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte will have a tête-à-tête with Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo on Tuesday afternoon.
Presidential spokesperon Harry Roque earlier said that the president wanted to "speak to the nation."
Duterte's one-on-one conversation with Panelo will start at 3:15 p.m.
