PNR limits operations on APEC week

MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine National Railways on Monday advised commuters that it will limit its operating hours during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) week.

On its official Facebook and Twitter pages, PNR said that it will implement a holiday schedule on Wednesday and Thursday, but will maintain its regular schedule on Tuesday and Friday.

PNR will have one-hour intervals for northbound and southbound trains.

It will be open from 5:05 a.m. to 7:05 p.m. for the Tutuban-Alabang route and from 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m for the Alabang-Tutuban route

In its advisory, PNR also reminded the public to visit its website for canceled trips during the holidays: Metro Commuter Train Schedule.

The PNR Metro Commuter Line runs in a general north-south direction from Caloocan or Tutuban to Calamba, Laguna.
