MANILA, Philippines – The Judicial Bar Council (JBC) in its Monday session shortlisted nominees for the vacancies for 16th to 21st associate justices of the Sandiganbayan.
A total of 37 nominees were shortlisted by the JBC for the six new posts in the anti-graft court, according to the Supreme Court’s Public Information Office.
On February 23, the JBC also submitted nominations for associate justice positions of the Court of Appeals and Sandiganbayan pursuant to Article VIII Section 9 of the Constitution.
