MANILA, Philippines - President Benigno Aquino III has named his senior military aide as the new commander of the Presidential Security Group (PSG).
Navy Captain Raul Ubando will replace former PSG chief Brig. Gen. Mateo Dizon, whose retirement took effect Friday.
Ubando is a member of Philippine Military Academy Class of 1985.
The President will lead the change of command ceremony later in the day at the PSG Grandstand in Malacañang.
